Job summary

SIS is based in Milton Keynes and offers a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 3 days in the office. The salary range is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our PMO, delivering technology initiatives and coaching teams in agile ways of working. You will lead end-to-end delivery, facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, manage risks and reporting, and work with Product Managers,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects in an agile software delivery environment.
• Practical experience of Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong project management skills including planning and governance.
• Experience coaching teams and promoting agile best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, features and workstreams.
• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning and sprint reviews.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Coach and support teams to improve agile maturity, collaboration and self-management.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery insights and team health checks.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Use Jira and delivery metrics to improve visibility, predictability and delivery outcomes.

Help Shape the Future of Technology Delivery at SIS

We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our PMO team and play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support our business and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong project delivery expertise with a passion for agile ways of working. Acting as both a delivery leader and agile coach, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Technology Leaders and Domain Teams to turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

You’ll bring:

• Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, RAID management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coaching teams and promoting agile best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira or similar delivery management tools.
• An understanding of modern technology delivery practices, including DevOps, CI/CD and cloud technologies.

Qualifications such as SAFe, Scrum, APM or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
