Job summary

SIS is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join the PMO in Milton Keynes. You will lead end-to-end technology delivery, act as agile coach and work with Product Managers, Tech Leaders and Domain Teams to transform priorities into outcomes.

Bring practical Scrum/SAFe experience, strong PM skills, and ability to drive governance, RAID, reporting and continuous improvement. Hybrid role requiring office presence and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects in an agile software delivery environment.
• Practical experience of Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, RAID management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coaching teams and promoting agile best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira or similar delivery management tools.
• Understanding of modern technology delivery practices, including DevOps, CI/CD and cloud technologies.

• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Coach and support teams to improve agile maturity, collaboration and self-management.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery insights and team health checks.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Use Jira and delivery metrics to improve visibility, predictability and delivery outcomes.

Salary £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits

We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our PMO team and play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support our business and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong project delivery expertise with a passion for agile ways of working. Acting as both a delivery leader and agile coach, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Technology Leaders and Domain Teams to turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes.
