HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager to support the Senior Delivery Manager in delivering complex, high-risk products and services. You will work across multiple products through the full lifecycle, coaching agile teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Strong management skills to plan, set measures, delegate and review progress.

• Proven delivery management experience in a project-based environment.

• Ability to analyse data and trends to inform decisions and improve delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting in the leading of Agile ceremonies and coaching sessions.
• Planning and implementing agile ways of working with cross-disciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Managing risks and issues log and following up actions to mitigate risks.
• Communicating with stakeholders to resolve blockers and highlight dependencies.
• Managing incident dashboards and incident management channels.
• Providing delivery updates to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Coordinating delivery products across lifecycle phases and understanding team needs.
• Maintaining ROI data for automation streams and evaluating outcomes.
• Identifying best delivery methods and measuring outcomes.
• Undertaking other duties as reasonably requested by management.
