My client is looking for someone responsible for embedding agile methodologies during a period of transformation.

Position: Agile Delivery Manager

Type: Permanent

Location: City of London

Salary: £110,000 - £130,000

You will support, prioritize, and set up teams to succeed, bridging traditional project management and agile delivery, with a technical background.

Responsibilities

1. Lead adoption of agile methodologies, ensuring best practices.
2. Coach and mentor team members on agile principles.
3. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
4. Support teams in removing impediments and improving processes.
5. Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
6. Align teams with business priorities and objectives.
7. Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and within scope/budget completion.
8. Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
10. Apply technical expertise to address development challenges.
11. Collaborate with technical leads to ensure quality solutions.
12. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
13. Identify and implement process improvements.
