Agile Engineering Delivery Lead - London Market Insurance - Software Engineering

Leading Specialty Insurer seeking an Agile Engineering Delivery Lead to join their expanding team, welcoming new perspectives, resilience, and innovative ideas.

As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the technical aspects of Insurance solutions delivery, focusing on technological change and working closely with Product Managers/Owners within Software Engineering as a senior team member.

This role is crucial in establishing the Product Operating Model from a technological perspective during the implementation phase.

Core Responsibilities include:

1. Providing leadership to a team of software engineers
2. Overseeing and delivering Engineering projects and changes
3. Managing technology teams across engineering practices, platform and component services, and enterprise architecture
4. Serving as a Technical Authority for troubleshooting and technical guidance
5. Collaborating with business resources to understand backlog, priorities, and dependencies
6. Ensuring clear understanding of delivery objectives across the team within various delivery methodologies
7. Applying Agile principles to ensure continuous value delivery
