Agile Delivery Manager

My client is looking for someone to be responsible for embedding agile methodologies as they embark on a period of transformation.

You will ensure that teams are supported, prioritised, and set up to succeed, bridging the gap between traditional project management and agile delivery, alongside a technical background.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of agile methodologies across teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Provide guidance and support to teams, helping them to remove impediments and improve delivery processes.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure teams are aligned with business priorities and objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Technical Expertise to understand and address the challenges faced by development teams.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve delivery practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Measure and report on the performance of delivery teams, using metrics to drive improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the teams.

I am currently looking for an Agile Delivery Lead -
This person must have proven high-level experience in establishing and leading Agile practice and specialise in Agile transformation and IT Delivery.
Must have come from a Delivery Lead level role currently.

Permanent - City of London - salary flexible but within bracket of £110,000 - £130,000
