About the role:
Our client is a leading Insurance business looking to hire an Agile Coach on a permanent basis.
As an Agile Coach, you will be a change agent responsible for coaching individuals and teams in business agility at an Enterprise Level.
You will support and assist Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and their teams to continually improve their agile ways of working. Strategic responsibilities include supporting senior leaders in moving towards enterprise-level agility. Assessing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and helping teams implement changes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and value delivery.
