Job summary

TrueNorth® in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and epics, and work with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to drive value.

In an Agile environment, you’ll facilitate workshops, support Scrum ceremonies, map processes and analyse data to propose practical improvements, ensuring high-quality documentation and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Business Analyst with stakeholder management and business process analysis.
• Experience in Agile environments; writing user stories and Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with Visio and Azure DevOps.
• Qualification in Business Analysis such as BCS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
