Agile Business Analyst - Consultant - Digital Factory

YOUR ROLE

As a Digital Business Analyst Consultant, you will join the growing Digital Factory community, sharing knowledge and expertise. We are passionate about user-centered design, critical thinking, problem-solving, and building digital services and products.

Working at Capgemini Invent offers opportunities to develop and work with major clients across public and private sectors. Our offices are located in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. We support hybrid working, with occasional travel to client sites as required.

As an Agile Business Analyst, you will:

• Help clients understand and explore applying new digital technologies and platforms.
• Design and deliver products and services that transform businesses and create value.
• Lead end-to-end user-centered design projects, liaising between design, product, development, and testing teams.
• Work within an Agile Scrum team, understanding user needs, translating requirements into user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Build stakeholder relationships, utilizing analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support team goals.

YOUR PROFILE

You will bring:

• Experience in user-centered product or service development projects.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams, supporting end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
• Skills in translating user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools like JIRA.
• Experience in technical business analysis, understanding architectural concepts such as microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including conflict management and influence.
• Ability to support and lead Scrum activities to ensure team delivery.

Ideally, you would also have experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail, and experience in team operations like recruitment, client development, mentoring, and certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.
