YOUR ROLE

As an Agile Business Analyst Consultant, you will join the growing Digital Excellence community, passionate about user-centred design, critical thinking, problem solving, and building digital services and products.

Working at Capgemini Invent offers opportunities for development and growth with major clients in public and private sectors. Our offices are in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. We support hybrid working, with occasional travel to client sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping clients understand and explore new digital technologies and platforms.
• Designing and delivering products and services to transform businesses and create value.
• Playing a key role in user-centred design projects, collaborating across design, product, development, and testing teams.
• Working within Agile Scrum teams, translating user needs into stories and acceptance criteria.
• Building stakeholder relationships and utilizing analytical and communication skills to meet team goals.

YOUR PROFILE

You will bring the following skills and experience:

• Experience in user-centred product or service development projects.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams, supporting end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of GDS service standards.
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with requirements tools like JIRA.
• Experience in technical business analysis, understanding architectures, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including conflict management and influence.
• Ability to support and lead Scrum activities and ceremonies.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail.
• Experience in team operations like recruitment, client development, training, and mentoring.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, User-Centred Design, etc.
