About the role

As the Content Marketing Specialist at Lumenis, you will be responsible for creating and managing regional marketing content and driving the online presence of all aspects of the EMEA business.

You will focus on content, capturing, producing, and sharing content generated throughout the region. You should be strong in social media channel management and advertising strategies, and pride yourself on content engagement.

You will manage the production of online resources for Lumenis websites and marketing campaigns, including web pages, videos, blogs, email, social content, and more. You will also oversee paid advertising and partner agencies.

This position is key to supporting growth and accelerating content engagement across Lumenis in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build, develop, and implement EMEA-focused content across all digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with B2B partners in key countries to understand, support, and share content from owned channels. Travel as needed to capture and create content.
  3. Own and optimize Lumenis’ online resources, increasing followers and engagement.
  4. Lead the marketing team in content best practices, development, and implementation strategies.
  5. Implement and manage online advertising on Google and social media platforms, managing agencies when necessary and handling in-house implementation.
  6. Manage creative agencies as required.
  7. Own and develop the Lumenis EMEA websites, updating and creating new content in collaboration with the Global Corporate Marketing department.
  8. Build detailed reports on growth, engagement, and ROI for presentation to senior management.
  9. Deliver effective B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns aligned with the Lumenis brand.
  10. Maintain brand consistency across all channels and with third-party regional partners.
  11. Work with marketing and sales teams to understand priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  12. Analyze and report on market size, market share, customer experience, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  1. You are highly creative with a keen eye for design, capable of developing visually compelling content from conception to execution.
  2. You are proactive, innovative, quick-thinking, and autonomous.
  3. You respond well to evolving business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. The role is remote, but travel to industry events, partner meetings, and content creation activities is required.
  5. You can produce content quickly for immediate sharing during key events and activities.
  6. At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a portfolio of online content development.
  7. Experience in the medical or aesthetic/beauty industry is advantageous.

Nice-to-have

Experience with tools and software such as Canva is a plus.
