Job summary

Mirage in the United Kingdom seeks a senior engineer to design and ship agentic systems powering creative workflows for AI agents. You will own end-to-end ML pipelines, collaborate across product, ML, and systems teams, and help shape how agents act on user needs.

You’ll implement context gathering, tool selection, and multi-step planning, integrate state-of-the-art models, and continuously evaluate production systems to improve reliability and user outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional industry experience.
• Experience building ML systems or agentic pipelines in production.
• Experience with multi-agent architectures.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end agentic systems for creative workflows.
• Own modules across product, ML, and systems engineering.
• Integrate state-of-the-art models and external capabilities.
• Measure agent quality in production using evaluation frameworks.
• Experimentation and iteration to guide improvements.
