Job summary

Intellias is seeking a hands‑on Senior Security Architect to define and ship IaC-driven identity patterns across a large, regulated financial estate. You will design a secure runtime model for autonomous agents, implement ephemeral credential issuance, and layer guardrails with MCP‑driven onboarding and SIEM integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security architecture and/or platform engineering.
• Hands-on HashiCorp Vault experience.
• Deep knowledge of OIDC/OAuth2/JWT and token flows.
• Strong Terraform/IaC fluency and pattern design.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra LDAP groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship IaC-driven, self-service identity patterns that roll out firm-wide.
• Define the undefined agentic runtime security model: containerised code execution and permission delegation.
• Lead the transition from long-lived secrets toward ephemeral, time-based credentials.
• Layer LLM/software guardrails on top of existing security guardrails across the estate.
• Establish onboarding standards (e.g. MCP interfaces) and improve developer experience.
• Design SIEM integration and anomaly detection for agentic workflows.
• Take bounded beachheads from vague to delivered.
