• Experience as a CTO, Senior Engineering Manager, or engineering leader with comparable scope and accountability.
• Built and scaled engineering teams with hiring, leadership development, and autonomous teams.
• Deep technical credibility from designing, shipping, and operating complex production systems.
• Strong product and business judgment aligning engineering with operations and economics.
• Backend and systems expertise, APIs, SQL, integrations; hands-on with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience shipping/operating LLM or agentic products with measurable business impact.
• High autonomy with ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction and delivery across areas.
• Lead AI product delivery including LLM/agentic workflows into production.
• Build and develop the engineering team; hire and onboard; grow future leaders.
• Guide architecture, data models, and legacy migration while balancing speed and reliability.
