Arondite is seeking AI Engineers to own and deliver agentic AI solutions within a high-performance team tackling challenging, mission-critical problems. You will deploy LLM-powered agents in controlled environments, and contribute across perception tasks with multi-modal data.

Strong architectural judgment is essential to select optimal agentic patterns. You will join a company that values autonomy and impact, with opportunities to work from the office or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, AI, ML or related field.
• 1 year of experience developing agentic AI in production environments.
• 3 years of hands-on ML experience.
• Strong coding in Python, Rust, C++, or Java.
• Background in ML algorithms and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

Responsabilités

• Build core agentic product features and maintain them.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI into enterprise software.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions from backend to UI, in cloud and on-prem.
• Invent capabilities and optimize approaches with ethical considerations.
• Document solutions for policy compliance and safety of AI usage.
• Develop secure, robust code following lifecycle standards.
