Hypercube Consulting is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI and LLM-based solutions for energy sector clients. You will work across data engineering, analytics, and cloud teams in a fast-growing startup environment.

Role emphasizes hands-on development, careful evaluation, and collaboration with mixed technical teams. Flexible arrangements and visa considerations apply, with a strong focus on diversity and energy expertise as a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agent-based AI applications on LLMs.
• Production deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Python for production AI/ML code.
• Familiarity with LLMOps and model management tools (MLflow, LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Data processing with Databricks/Spark or similar.
• Solid SQL for data querying and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM and agent-based applications for client projects and internal products.
• Take solutions from prototype to production on AWS or Azure and monitor in production.
• Explore client data to inform AI design and evaluation.
• Design evaluation for LLM/agent systems with tests and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and client teams to define solutions.
