We offer North, a cutting-edge AI workspace platform, and seek engineers to own design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by LLMs for enterprise clients.

You will work with customers to translate problems into robust, observable agent workflows, spanning tools, APIs, and data sources.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying RAG/agentic applications with multi-step tasks.
• Familiar with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-value problems into agentic workflows with clear criteria.
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents.
• Develop features for North across full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and take end-to-end ownership.
• Travel to client sites 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
