Job summary

The FCA seeks a Head of Agentic AI and Data Science Research to lead its AI research and governance efforts. You will define the medium- and long-term AI strategy, manage model governance, and guide data science capabilities across the organisation.

You will drive horizon scanning, risk assessment, and responsible AI frameworks, working with senior leaders to translate technology into policy insight and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, data science and analytics.
• Experience developing governance frameworks and roadmaps.
