Job summary

Huawei Research and Development UK Limited is seeking passionate researchers to design and build agents with ultra-long context processing, self-evolution capabilities, and advanced reinforcement learning techniques. The role focuses on bridging Agent policy models with the Agent Harness framework in a collaborative, cutting-edge environment.

The position requires solid engineering or strong theoretical foundations, plus hands-on experience in agents, LLM reasoning, and reinforcement learning.

Qualifications

• Solid engineering implementation skills OR strong theoretical foundations.
• Experience in Agents, LLM reasoning and reinforcement learning.
• Full-time researchers five days per week; interns 2-3 days per week for six months minimum.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agent memory systems for ultra-long context processing.
• Build self-evolution capabilities for Agents and evolve Agent Harness framework.
• Investigate optimizer techniques and connect policy models with Agent Harness.
