Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI or related field.
• Core expertise in AI/ML topics, especially RL or LLM tuning/alignment.
• Strong math foundation and high proficiency in Python, hands-on PyTorch (or JAX/TensorFlow).
• Ability to adapt and deliver impact across domains in a fast-paced research environment.
• Experience beyond coursework and ability to translate research to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate RL/BO/AI agents or VLMs and tune LLMs.
• Translate research concepts into scalable prototypes and systems in production contexts.
• Publish results or contribute to open-source projects; engage with research community.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate models into workflows.
• Drive technical problem solving as business needs evolve.
