Programmatic Account Manager - Sales

Our client is a leading digital media business that’s looking for a commercially driven #ProgrammaticAccountManager to join their London team.

You’ll be the key link between internal commercial teams and external agency partners, helping to deliver high-impact omnichannel advertising campaigns through programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and grow strategic relationships with digital media agencies to increase #programmatic investment.
  2. Translate client briefs into targeted programmatic proposals.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Analytics, Audience, etc.) to ensure campaign setup, delivery, and optimisation.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for campaign performance queries related to programmatic activity.
  5. Knowledge share - Educate and support commercial teams with up-to-date programmatic knowledge.

About You:

  1. 2+ years of agency (programmatic) sales experience.
  2. Proven experience in #programmaticadvertising or digital media planning/buying.
  3. Strong understanding of the #digitalmedia ecosystem (DSPs, data strategies, audience segmentation).
  4. Comfortable presenting programmatic solutions clearly and confidently.
  5. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
  6. Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and the wider #AdTech landscape.

Compensation: Up to £45k base + £30k bonus + excellent benefits.
