Job summary

Jubilee Hospitality is seeking experienced agency chefs to join a flexible pool across various professional kitchens across the UK. Roles include contract catering, schools, corporate offices, care homes, hotels, and banqueting venues.

Immediate starts and ongoing assignments are available with options for full-time or part-time engagement. Applicants should have at least 2 years of professional chef experience, with CDP or Sous Chef level or higher, and a strong fresh food background.

• Experience as Chef, CDP, Sous Chef or above.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Work

As an Agency Chef with Jubilee Hospitality, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of catering environments, including:

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from reliable, experienced chefs who can confidently step into different kitchen environments.

To be considered, you'll need:

• At least 2 years' professional chef experience
• Experience as a Chef, Chef de Partie (CDP), Sous Chef or above
• A strong fresh food background
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A reliable, flexible and professional approach
• The confidence to adapt quickly to different kitchen environments

A current Enhanced DBS certificate is advantageous but not essential. We can support suitable candidates with obtaining one where required.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is strongly preferred

As you may be required to travel to different client locations across Reading and the surrounding areas.
