Platinum Recruitment is currently seeking Agency Chefs for Bournemouth, offering flexible temporary work across a range of kitchens with weekly pay. Immediate starts and the option of local Bournemouth work or opportunities across the UK are on offer.

Rates are role-dependent, with Chef de Partie from £16.75 per hour (including holiday pay), Sous Chef from £19.00, and Head Chef from £22.36 per hour (including holiday pay). Weekly pay is provided for ongoing assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates.
• Two professional references available on request.

Rates of Pay:

• Chef de Partie - From £16.75 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Sous Chef - From £19.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Head Chef - From £222.36 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Agency Chef, you’ll step into busy kitchens and provide immediate support where needed:

• Work professionally under pressure
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
• A professional, proactive attitude with strong timekeeping
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Two references to support your experience
