Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is currently seeking Agency Chefs to cover busy periods across Brighton and the UK. Earn up to £21.00 per hour with weekly pay and flexible shifts designed to fit your schedule.

You'll join a growing team of agency chefs, deliver high-quality dishes, adapt quickly to new kitchens, and help sustain top service during peak periods. Registered temps can access temp-to-perm options and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates.
• Professional, proactive attitude and strong timekeeping.
• Two references to support your experience.

Agency Chef – Flexible Temp Chef Work – Earn Up to £21.00/hr + Weekly Pay

Had a busy summer and want a change – why not join us as a temp chef? We have shifts available and it’s the perfect time to get your admin out of the way, register with us, and be fully set up for the demand ahead – in the run up to Christmas.

Join our growing team of Agency Chefs and be ready to hit the ground running when kitchens ramp up again.

Rates of Pay:

• Chef de Partie – From £17.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Sous Chef – From £19.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Head Chef – From £21.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
