We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Agency Account Manager to join our Ad Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key media agencies, ensuring optimal collaboration and campaign success. Your focus will be to drive sales growth through the development and execution of tailored advertising solutions that meet our client's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media agencies to promote and sell Zoopla's advertising solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing strategic insights and innovative ad solutions to ensure campaign success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by creating and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations, demonstrating how Zoopla's advertising products can meet their specific campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (including Product, Ad Operations, and Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and detailed reporting on account performance and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of our advertising offerings.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue streams.
  • Act as a point of contact for media agencies, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in agency account management or sales within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic, display, and social media channels.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a network of contacts within media agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to develop insights that inform sales strategies and drive campaign success.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
