We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following experience:

1. Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad spectrum of energy contracts, with a particular focus on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), procurement contracts, and energy-related supply agreements.
2. Proficiency in handling EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute management in the energy construction space.
3. In-depth knowledge of evolving energy regulations and policies in the UK and EU, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards across all projects and contracts.
4. Specific experience in the Energy sector, ideally within Oil & Gas, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), and familiarity with Carbon Capture technology will be considered advantageous.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
