• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on energy contracts, especially Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), procurement contracts, and supply agreements.
• Handling EPC contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute management in energy construction projects.
• Understanding UK and EU energy regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen), LNG, and familiarity with Carbon Capture technology is advantageous.
