Way2Work in Greater London is seeking an enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to support the manager in running a safe, well-organised after school club. You will help set up and deliver daily activities and encourage children to participate.

You will assist with snack time, be mindful of children with additional needs, build positive relationships, and develop a solid understanding of Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies including safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Awareness of safeguarding principles.
• Familiarity with Ofsted standards.
• Ability to work with children after school hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist in running the After School Club and support the manager.
• Help set up, deliver and supervise daily activities.
• Assist in snack time preparation, serving and tidying.
• Build positive relationships with all children.
• Uphold safeguarding and KOOSA Kids policies.
• Ensure activity areas are left clean and tidy.
