Job summary

Pineapple is seeking an Aftersales and Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. This role focuses on warranty claims, repairs coordination, and supporting quality control activities, mainly for upholstery products.

The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, inspections and related admin, working with the Quality Control & Compliance Supervisor to maintain high product quality and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ideal you have upholstery experience or a relevant degree.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Previous experience in Administrative/Customer Support.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks as required.
• Confident, proactive, approachable and flexible to support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty claims and coordinate repairs under Aftersales Support.
• Maintain orders using the Operating Management System.
• Liaise with sales teams across international offices.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of products.
• Plan works and order consumables (fabric, etc.).
• Provide weekly reports on planned work and progress.
• Escalate recurring quality issues to the Supervisor and support corrective actions.
• Occasional on-site repairs for upholstery as needed.
• Assist upholstery teams as required.
• Open pallets and perform physical inspections under Quality Control.
