Group 1 Automotive in Lincoln is seeking an Aftersales Manager for BMW Lincoln to lead the aftersales teams across parts, technicians and service advisors. You will drive excellent customer service and operational performance in a dynamic retail environment.

You will coach teams, monitor performance against targets and budgets, and contribute to delivering outstanding experiences for customers and colleagues within Group 1 Automotive's UK network.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the motor trade.
• Ability to influence, motivate and manage a team.
• Methodical, logical approach to varying workloads.
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians and service advisors.
• Coach and motivate the teams.
• Monitor performances against targets and budgets.
• Analyse areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance.
