Evans Halshaw in Walsall is seeking an Aftersales Manager to oversee the workshop, Service Advisors and parts department. The role requires a strong background in automotive aftersales, a customer-focused mindset and a commercially minded approach in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing manufacturer standards, driving efficiency and profitability, managing budgets, pricing reviews, team leadership, health and safety compliance, and delivering high CSI through excellent

• Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.

Our Evans Halshaw site Ford / Lepas Walsall are recruiting an Aftersales Manager to oversee their workshop, Service Advisors and parts department.

We are looking for a candidate with past automotive aftersales experience. Customer focus and providing excellent customer service is key. You will be a very driven and commercially minded candidate and be very comfortable in a target driven environment.

What does the role of an Aftersales Manager involve?

• Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
• Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
• Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to
• Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these
• Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
• Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department
