Job summary

Stratstone, part of Lithia UK, invites applications for a Service Manager at Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield. You will lead the workshop, manage warranty work, drive efficiency, and oversee budgeting, pricing, and safety compliance to deliver outstanding service.

You will build a high-performance team, set KPIs, maintain CSI scores, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting the company car and benefits package that includes pension, health care, and holiday entitlement.

What does the role of a Service Manager involve?

• Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards
  Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
  Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
  Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to
  Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these
  Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
  Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department

What do you need to succeed as a Service Manager?

• Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets
  Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention
  Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
  Strong business acumen
  Strong knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation
