Job description

Due to an internal promotion, Bentley and Lamborghini Edinburgh have a very rare opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join the team.

As a Sytner Aftersales Manager, you will lead from the front and inspire your team to produce exceptional results across all aspects of the Aftersales Departments. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive CSI results into the upper quartile. You will also have the ability and knowledge to maximise sales, gross profit, and drive all financial results in both service and parts operations, with fluency in all aspects of your accounts and sales ledger accounts.

This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, along with strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and possess excellent leadership skills to develop and motivate your team.
