About The Opportunity:

You will be part of this exciting UK initiative, benefiting from extensive product training and industry-leading coaching methods. You will work with major automotive brands and play a key role from implementation to 'Go Live', supporting the dealer teams and acting as the product expert throughout the project.

• Work with recognized automotive retail brands
• Lead implementation and 'Go Live' processes
• Coach and train dealership teams on the new DMS platform
• Support aftersales dealer teams as the 'product guru'

About You:

You should have a background in automotive retail sales or aftersales, experience with DMS platforms, and a good understanding of the dealer/OEM environment. The role involves working remotely across the UK, often away from home.

• Essential: Previous DMS experience
• Advantageous: Training or coaching experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in process improvement and problem-solving
