The role emphasizes timely updates on repair progress, effective issue resolution, and opportunities to upsell service plans and maintenance packages within a UK dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in automotive aftersales or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience providing service-progress updates to customers, including explaining repair timelines and managing expectations in a dealership aftersales setting.
• Valid driver's licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience with Keyloop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service bookings and manage aftersales enquiries efficiently.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service journey.
• Work closely with workshop teams to ensure timely service delivery.

From servicing and repairs to MOTs, tyres, and parts, the business plays an important role in helping customers keep their vehicles performing at their best through a high-quality, customer-focused experience.

As an Aftersales Executive - Mercedes Benz, you will help deliver a smooth and professional service journey for customers from initial enquiry through to completion. This role is focused on building trust, maintaining clear communication, and supporting strong collaboration across customer-facing and workshop teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Hours - 45

Salary - £30,387 plus OTE bonus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service bookings and manage aftersales enquiries efficiently
