Job summary

Protect Line, one of the UK's leading life insurance brokers, is hiring a Sales Executive. You will join a dynamic team that helps customers who have expressed interest and guides them to the right protection policy.

No sales experience is required. Six weeks of training at our Bournemouth Head Office, with a base of £32,778 rising to £41,000 as you progress, plus uncapped commission and additional rewards.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of the entire customer journey, from their first enquiry through to helping them secure the right protection for their loved ones. By taking the time to understand what's important to each customer, you’ll help the customer find the most suitable policy and insurer, guide them through the process with confidence and care, and deliver an experience that leaves them feeling reassured, valued, and happy to leave the five-star reviews we’re known for.
