Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd in the UK is seeking an ACC Advisor with a customer service background to join our Aftersales team. You will be the key contact for customers post-purchase, handling inbound and outbound calls, booking service and MOT appointments, and coordinating general repairs.

You should bring strong interpersonal skills, a passion for service, good time management, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or aftersales background required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Proficient with managing calls and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, book service/MOT appointments and coordinate repairs.
• Deliver first-class customer experience in the Perrys Aftersales team.

Hours of work

We can be flexible with the hours offered. The role offered will be a one-week pattern, working Monday – Fridays so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer service or aftersales background.

As a Perrys ACC Advisor, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from making inbound and outbound calls, to booking appointments for service and MOT as well as general repairs across the business.
