Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe Ruskington is seeking a Goods-In Operative to join the stores team. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials, maintaining traceability, and supporting QA with non-conforming items.

The position requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and experience in warehousing. Familiarity with SAP and IT systems is advantageous; the role supports daily stock control and orderly documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document incoming raw materials against specifications.
• Accurately record material traceability and update stock records.
• Communicate with QA team on non-conforming materials.
• Liaise with the technical department to maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with picking, preparing, and issuing orders as required.
• Maintain stock levels through daily/weekly checks.
• Contribute to general housekeeping and operational tasks.
