Routes To Work South in Bothwell is seeking an experienced Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy PM operation. This hands-on role requires forklift competence and strong team leadership to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

You will manage a busy warehouse, assign tasks, support the team, and work alongside staff to ensure safe loading, scanning and timely departures. The forklift licence must be current, and safety is a key priority.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Forklift Licence.
• Experience supervising and coordinating a busy warehouse team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage a shift effectively.
• Commitment to safety and safe working practices in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support the Afternoon warehouse team.
• Allocate work and set priorities for team members.
• Work alongside the team on operational duties when required.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure freight is scanned, routed and allocated correctly.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and freight flow within the warehouse.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safe working practices.
• Report defects or issues promptly and communicate with drivers and management.
