Job summary

Blueleaf is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team in Castleford. You will be involved in picking, packing, labelling and loading deliveries to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, with careful attention to detail and safe handling.

The role is permanent full-time, 45 hours per week, with shift from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary and a benefits package including pension, bonus eligibility, and health-related welfare

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience with lifting heavy goods.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of health and safety and hazardous substances.
• Driver's licence may be required for van movements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and label customer orders.
• Load deliveries and manage goods in/ out.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and dispatch.
• Ensure safe lifting and manual handling.
• Keep the depot clean and safe.
• Assist drivers when needed.
