Job Description:

Our client, the main prestige car dealership is looking for a afternoon receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers coming into this prestigious car dealership based in Manchester. Being that first point of contact, you are responsible to present customers with a warm welcome, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that all customers are smoothly directed to the appropriate person whether by phone or walk-in.

The Role:

  • Greeting all walk-ins in a friendly manner and ensure they are handed over to the appropriate person - in either sales or service.
  • Ensure the showroom is well presented at all times and the waiting area is immaculate.
  • To answer any overflow in-coming telephone calls and re-directing them
  • Provide an administration support function for the dealership as directed
  • Any Ad-hoc duties that may be required to assist the business

Who we are looking for:

  • Will have a professional telephone manner and excellent customer facing skills
  • Must be friendly and approachable
  • Passion to deliver high levels of customer service
  • Previous Hosting experience within any industry is preferred
  • Be well presented at all times - you are the first impression!

What's on offer?

Competitive basic salary.
Working hours Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm
