Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Category Management lead for the SMSP Aftermarket team in Peterborough. You will own multiple product categories, identify commercial initiatives to drive sales growth and profitability, and strengthen market position.

You will work across Product, Price, Promotion and Place, leading strategic projects and ensuring dealer training and support to maximise success. Strong collaboration and market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management or similar strategic sales role.
• Ability to develop customer-focused product strategies.
• Strong market and competitor analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the sales team and drive category performance.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
