Job summary

KOOSA Kids is seeking an After School Club Assistant for Onslow Infant School in Guildford (GU2). The role is part time, Monday to Thursday from 2.45pm to 6.00pm, term time only, starting September 2026. You will work under the After School Club Manager to run safe, engaging activities for children aged 4–11.

We value childcare passion, energy, reliability and strong communication with children. Full training is provided and DBS clearance is required to join our team at KOOSA Kids.

Qualifications

Experience in a primary school, pre-school or nursery preferred.
Willingness to engage with children aged 4–11.
Availability for Monday to Thursday, 2:45pm–6:00pm during term time.
Enhanced DBS disclosure required.

Responsibilities

Set up, organise and deliver a range of activities daily and encourage participation.
Assist in preparation, serving and tidying snack times.
Develop strong relationships with children to ensure they have fun at the club.
Support safeguarding and KOOSA Kids policies and procedures.
Ensure activity areas are clean and tidy at the end of each day.
