Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is hiring an After School Club Supervisor at Holmesdale Infant School in Reigate. You’ll lead a small team, deliver safe, fun, and enriching sessions for children aged 4–11, and build strong relationships with schools and families.

You’ll manage daily activities across sports, arts, drama, and structured play, ensuring health and safeguarding procedures are followed. Paid training, CPD, and rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required, safeguarding procedures apply.
• Experience with children and ability to lead a team is essential.
• Confident communication with parents, schools and central operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energetic games and activities.
• Lead after-school activities such as arts, crafts, drama, multi-sports and structured play.
• Plan age-appropriate, inclusive sessions that are fun and engaging.
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care and play.
• Communicate with parents, host school and central operations.
• Ensure health and safeguarding procedures are followed with care.
