Ark Blacklands Primary Academy is seeking an Assistant for our After School Club, working 14:45–16:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role supports pupils with a positive end to the day and provides a friendly face to those who need it most.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated school community, uphold Ark's ethos of inclusivity and high expectations, and contribute to a nurturing environment where children thrive and feel safe.

The successful candidate will become an Assistant for our After School Club from 2:45pm - 4:15pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and other days if cover needed and will be committed to providing a positive end to the day and offer a friendly face and support to pupils who need it the most. We need exceptional candidates who will be inspirational role models to our pupils and work with both teachers and the wider school community to help establish a supportive and nurturing environment in which children thrive, feel safe and are happy.

Ark Blacklands Primary Academy is a large school with a new intake each year of 3 forms, with 90 pupils in each year group, from reception through to year 6. Despite this, our staff make a tremendous effort to get to know each pupil and provide them with the very best care.
