Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Casual Activity Leader for Our Lady of Muswell Primary School in London. The role involves running Breakfast & After School Club activities for children aged 4–11 with morning and evening shifts.

You will create safe, fun, age-appropriate activities, supervise groups with enthusiasm, and support snack times. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to increase hours during holiday clubs.

Qualifications

• Loves working with children with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Creative thinker who can turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience.
• Team player who can lead activities and manage a group.
• Bonus points for teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, enabling work-life balance.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
