Job summary

Manitou Bf is seeking a CSP Services Manager to lead a small team of CSP Engineers in the UK. You will collaborate with national BDMs, drive service delivery, and ensure rapid repair and warranty execution while promoting asset-life solutions across customers and dealers.

You will work in a technical environment, manage field-based engineers, and use data to guide proactive service actions, maintaining high customer satisfaction and integrity.

Qualifications

• Good communication, organisational, and basic IT skills.
• Ability to manage a small team of field-based engineers.
• Technical knowledge of machinery; knowledge of Manitou products is beneficial.
• Able to work under own initiative.
• Working in a technical environment desirable.
• Open, honest, hardworking team player with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BDM – National to grow fleet customers across the UK and Ireland, building senior-level relationships.
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service support, including commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and repair within tight timeframes.
• Promote asset-life solutions: genuine parts, attachments & fluids, certified labour, connectivity, finance, extended warranty, CSP platform.
• Work with dealers to ensure CSP platform knowledge and willingness to deliver service within compressed timeframes.
• Collaborate with Manitou Centres and Service Managers to deliver parts and service support promptly.
• Provide solid-line management of CSP Engineers; oversee welfare, training, equipment and performance.
• Coordinate with CSP administration and execution teams to ensure timely repair and warranty actions.
