• Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior LP relationships independently.

• Develop and maintain relationships with pension funds, insurance companies, development finance institutions, family offices, consultants and other institutional allocators.
• Drive fundraising processes from origination through to commitment and close.
• Partner with senior leadership on fundraising strategy, investor targeting and market positioning.
• Represent the platform at investor meetings, conferences and industry events globally.
• Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to support the firm's growth objectives.

Fundraising & Capital Formation Opportunity

A private debt investment platform focused on climate infrastructure is seeking a senior fundraising and investor relations professional at the Director level or above to support the firm's next phase of growth. The strategy is centred on investments that generate both environmental and social impact, offering investors access to sustainable infrastructure opportunities through a private debt approach.

Working closely with the firm's leadership team, this individual will play a key role in developing and executing fundraising initiatives, building long-term investor relationships and expanding the platform's global LP network ahead of its next fundraising cycle.
