Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is assisting an established investment manager in hiring a Director to lead institutional capital-raising and investor relations in the UK and Europe.

The role combines fundraising strategy, project leadership and relationship management with the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and influence growth. You will shape workflows, oversee investor materials, and represent the firm at meetings and roadshows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in investor relations, institutional sales or fund operations.
• Track record of closing fundraises and managing senior institutional relationships.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to manage multiple fundraising workstreams.
• Relevant experience across infrastructure, energy or real assets.
