Farfetch is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to grow our Affiliates activity in London. You will work with the Lead of Affiliates & Influencers and the marketing team to recruit and activate partner relationships across categories.
With 2–3 years in Affiliates or Growth Marketing, you will analyse performance data, optimise campaigns, and manage budgets. The role offers a hybrid work model in London and opportunities to collaborate globally.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a proven track record in digital marketing, growing our Affiliates activities. You will work closely with the Lead of Affiliates & Influencers, peers and the wider marketing team. You will manage recruitment and the activation of new, on-brand affiliate/influencer partners, across a variety of different categories, including shopping aggregators, voucher codes, cashback partners, and more. You will report directly to the Affiliates Lead and support business and channel goals, representing our global brand and values.
You will work with senior colleagues, delivering specific ad hoc and project work to support channel strategy.
Contribute to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs.
Build technical skills and deepen understanding of FARFETCH’s business priorities.
Grow and manage affiliate relationships to drive business goals.
Support the FARFETCH annual promotional calendar with Affiliate and Influencer activities.
Update reports, analyse campaign performance, and share insights with senior stakeholders.
Identify performance opportunities and activate new, on-brand partners to drive growth.
Work closely with our affiliate network team to optimise our existing partner portfolio and identify new affiliates we can partner with.
You have 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates or Growth Partner Marketing and a strong passion for e-commerce.
You can analyse and draw insights from large datasets. You have good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable in producing complex reports, using formulas and building pivot tables. Knowledge of the Looker software is a bonus.
You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
You communicate confidently with partners and bring a commercial mindset to contract negotiations.
You understand affiliate networks and tracking solutions, including how to set up tracking and reporting.
You clearly communicate updates and initiatives across the business, aligning with key KPIs and commercial goals.
